Dutch Speaking Back Office Administrator - Hybrid in Bulgaria

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support by managing documents and processing data efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining and updating client records and databases accurately.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective problem resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes by suggesting enhancements to workflows.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and practices.
- Fluency in Dutch is a must; English proficiency is highly desirable.
- Experience in administrative roles or customer service is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup.
