Location: New York, NY 10004

Duration: 8 Weeks

Pay Rate: $48 – $53.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 40 Hours per Week

Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hybrid Schedule:

• 2 days onsite: Tuesday & Friday (8:00 AM start)

• Remaining days remote

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to support senior leadership in a fast-paced professional environment. This role requires strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage executive schedules, prepare presentations, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate executive calendars and scheduling

• Anticipate administrative needs and prepare materials for meetings

• Draft professional correspondence and internal communications

• Assist with editing presentations and documents (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Coordinate meetings and ensure leadership has all required information

• Track action items and ensure follow-ups are completed

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience supporting C-level or senior executives

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Minimum 1+ year of Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff experience

• Experience supporting executive leadership preferred
