About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative specializing in home textile products to expand our presence across major U.S. retailers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working with large retail chains such as Walmart, Target, Sam’s Club, and Costco, and understands how to navigate buyer relationships, product positioning, and pricing strategies in these environments.

Location: New York City

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with buyers at major retailers including Walmart, Target, Sam’s Club, and Costco
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the home textile category (e.g., pillows, bedding, throws, décor textiles)
• Present product lines, negotiate pricing, and secure purchase orders
• Collaborate with internal teams (product development, sourcing, and merchandising) to align offerings with market demand
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
• Manage sales forecasts, reporting, and account performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience selling to big-box retailers (Walmart, Target, Sam’s Club, Costco required)
• Strong network and existing buyer relationships highly preferred
• Background in home textiles, soft goods, or related categories
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results

Compensation:

• Salary is negotiable based on experience
• Open to commission-based or hybrid compensation structures
