Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer-focused, personable, and organized Customer Service Representative for a leading supplier of marketing and promotional products in the Capital Region. In this role, you will support clients through each step of the production process, from order placement through production and delivery. The ideal rep enjoys helping clients, coordinating multiple orders at once, and providing a smooth, positive experience for customers. Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
-Assist customers with questions related to orders, pricing, timelines, and delivery
-Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, clear, and professional communication
-Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when needed
-Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in internal systems
-Build positive, long-term client relationships through excellent service
-Coordinate print and promotional jobs from order entry through production and fulfillment
-Communicate job details clearly with internal production teams
-Track job progress and provide updates to customers as needed
-Help troubleshoot order or production issues to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications
-2 to 4 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing role
-Experience in a manufacturing, print, or production environment preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi task
-Comfortable working with computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel
-Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
-Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
