Associate Attorney - Energy Transactions

Job description:

• Must have strong experience on financing and/or private M&A transactions.
• Experience on project and energy financing and/or energy and infrastructure-related M&A transactions is preferred.
• Have tax equity and/or IRA credit experience.
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top accredited law school is required. Bar membership, active and in good standing, in the New York, Washington, DC, or Texas bar (depending on office location) is also required.
• Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 Law Firm.

Qualifications:

They offer competitive compensation and excellent benefits that offers training and mentorship. The anticipated salary range is $235,000 to $390,000 plus bonus.
