Barrett Paving Materials is seeking a Laborer to join our teams in Liverpool, NY. This role supports paving and road construction operations by performing essential field tasks in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Compensation

$37.00 – $39.00 per hour

Main Responsibilities

• Assist crews with paving, road construction, and heavy civil operations.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform general labor tasks to support daily jobsite activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Skills

• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor and changing weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and jobsite practices.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Previous construction or paving experience preferred but not required.
