Position Overview
Client: 1:1 support for a male in his 20s–30s with mild intellectual disabilities
Goals:
- Support participation in community activities
- Assist with daily living
- Promote independence
Responsibilities
- Provide support with daily activities at home and in the community
- Assist with social and community engagement
- Encourage independence and personal growth
- Communicate with family as needed
- Keep simple records of activities and progress
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $35 per hour
- Payment: Bi-weekly through Fiscal Intermediary (FI)
- Schedule: Flexible (to be arranged with the family)

- Experience in social work, caregiving, or education is a plus
