We help real estate agents and property managers elevate their listings with compelling visuals. As demand grows, we’re looking for talented freelance photographers and videographers to join our team and capture stunning property content.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced real estate photographer/videographer who can deliver high-quality interior, exterior, aerial images, and videos of residential and commercial properties to showcase their unique features and appeal. Your work will play a crucial role in helping clients market their properties effectively.. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of photography techniques, video production, keen eye for composition, strong communication skills, and is comfortable working independently with real estate professionals.

Duties

• Capture stunning photographs of properties, ensuring optimal lighting and composition.
• Produce engaging video content that highlights the property's features and surroundings.
• Capture aerial photos and videos along with Matterport and Zillow 3D virtual tours and floor plans when needed.
• Travel to properties as scheduled.
• Maintain and use your own camera, lighting, and any other equipment.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients on-site.
• Must communicate with owner about status on projects.
• Must upload all photos and footage by end of day.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in real estate photography and videography and report education to the owner.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in real estate photography and videography preferred
• Experience with and owns a motorized camera gimbal, 360 camera, and drone
• Proficient and owns DSLR or mirrorless camera gear along with a flash.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and ability to travel within designated region
• Ability to produce 3D tours and floor plans, experience with Matterport and Zillow 3D showcase preferred
• FAA Part 107 Drone license (preferred) or the ability to obtain one.
• Flexible availability, especially during weekdays and weekends
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with owner and clients.
• Portfolio or sample work required
