Facilities Project Manager, Commercial Cleaning - Up to $85,000
Facilities Project Manager position available with a well-established commercial cleaning company with a national presence. The Facility PM will be responsible for running small commercial cleaning crews in Dutchess and Ulster County. Typical job environments will be new facilities post-construction, medical, and office. Candidates residing outside of Dutchess & Ulster Counties will not be considered.Facilities Project Manager Compensation:
» Up to $85,000 annually including bonus incentives

Facilities Project Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:
» practiced running small crews on commercial cleaning jobs
»Well practiced with strip and wax, buffing & burnishing, carpet cleaning, construction clean up
»Manage project scheduling, budgets, and equipment
» capability to interact with clients in a professional manner
»Has practice training new hires
»Eager to grow within an established company
» ‘Roll up your sleeves’ mentality
