Front of House Staff

Opening listed is for a server/FoH/host position available. Responsibilities include tasks that are common to any similar server position, but will still be listed as follows:
- Engage customers in a friendly, inviting manner, making sure they feel welcome and continue said engagement with customers throughout the dining experience, making sure all their dining needs are met and that they did not come only for a pleasurable meal, but for a little off-the-cuff social banter.
- Skillfully utilize PoS systems to manage dine-in customers, take-out customers, and delivery customers through our Third-Party partners (Grubhub, Ubereats, etc...)
- Making sure that any and all physical areas of customer interactions (Dining area, bathroom, etc...) are kept clean and presentable.
- Coordinating with management and kitchen staff to make sure that the flow of orders remain smooth and any situation that may arise in the kitchen that would directly affect the customer is made transparent and relayed wholly and honestly to the customer.
Requirements for viable candidates are as follows:
- Must be at least 21
- Ongoing/completed/planned college education preferred. High School Diploma required
- Fluent English required. Fluency in Korean or Spanish greatly preferred but not necessary
- 1+ year of experience in hospitality preferred, but not necessary
- *IMPORTANT* Must be willing to be contracted via 1099 form.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week
