Associate Attorney
We are seeking a Trusts & Estates / Elder Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join a growing practice. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with significant drafting work in support of senior attorneys.

- Meet with clients to advise on estate planning and elder law matters
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
- Support senior attorneys on complex matters
- Assist with Medicaid planning and applications as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Trusts xrczosw & Estates and/or Elder Law experience
- Strong drafting skills and client communication abilities
- Active New York Bar admission
- Ability to work full-time in-office
