Architectural project manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an Architectural Pro ject Manager to be a part of the multi-billion dollar Borough Based Jail Program located in the New York City area. The Architectural Project Manager is responsible for managing phases of design on a large-scale new building project.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Works with project team members by planning, organizing and managing aspects of a large-scale project.
• Provides on-going communication through team meetings/minutes/up-date memos to project team.
• Prepares schedules and fee charts.
• Interfaces with Clients, Client representatives, Consultants and other disciplines.
• Assists with negotiating fees and contracts.
• Actively coordinates with internal and external team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in building design and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working on public projects in the New York Metro market (DDC, SCA, NYCHA, PANYNJ, MTA, etc.) is preferred.
• Professional License is a plus.

**This position offers a hybrid working arrangement**

Salary: $100,000-$140,000
