Location-Type: Onsite – New York City (3x per week)

Duration: 6-month contract (likely to extend)

Compensation Range: Up to $44.53/hour

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Contract Recruiter to support both high-volume hiring and management-level searches in a fast-paced environment. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume environments, brings a strong sense of urgency, and is experienced managing multiple requisitions across different business functions. This individual will play a key role in ensuring efficient hiring processes while maintaining quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly roles and management-level positions

• Handle a high volume of open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality of hire

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and community outreach

• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through consistent communication and process management

• Utilize recruiting tools and data to track pipeline activity and optimize hiring workflows

• Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting team members to support hiring across multiple departments

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments, with exposure to management-level hiring

• Background recruiting within retail, customer operations, logistics, hospitality, or similar fast-paced industries preferred

• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) is required

• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate with a strong sense of urgency
