Chief Compliance Officer for our Healthcare Provider Services

Compensation: $300,000 - $450,000

Schedule : PTO, Monday through Friday, Hybrid

Qualifications of the Chief Compliance Officer:

• Extensive experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory frameworks, and governance within nursing homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), or post-acute care environments.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs aligned with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, audits, regulatory requirements, and ethical governance in healthcare operations.

Responsibilities of the Chief Compliance Officer:

• Lead and oversee the organization’s compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to all healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate compliance and operational risks.
• Conduct compliance audits, investigations, and training programs to promote ethical practices and regulatory adherence across the organization.
