Pharmacy Technician
Position Overview:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Technician located in Port Ewen, NY.
- The Pharmacy Technician will work under the supervision of the registered pharmacist to assist in daily pharmacy operations, including prescription processing, inventory control, and customer service.
- The Pharmacy Technician will collaborate with the pharmacist to ensure accurate and safe medication dispensing to patients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in prescription processing and dispensing medications.
- Strong inventory control skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other healthcare team members.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in pharmacy computer systems and programs.
