Travel RN - Emergency Department (ED)
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Mid Shift: 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Start Dates Available From April 6th Position Overview NurseAmerica is seeking experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses for multiple travel assignments in Utica, NY. These roles offer flexibility with multiple shift options and start dates, serving a high-acuity emergency department that treats patients across all age groups. Unit & Patient Overview
- Unit: Emergency Department (64 beds including trauma, triage, acute, CDU, super track, and psych)
- Patient Population: Newborns, pediatrics, adults, geriatrics
- Common Diagnoses: Stroke, sepsis, trauma, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure
- Floating: Required as needed
- Charge Capability: Highly preferred
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
- Active New York State RN xrczosw License
- Travel nursing experience required
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
- TNCC required (must be in hand for select shifts)
- Experience with Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun
- Strong critical-thinking and communication skills
- EMR: Epic experience required
