Regional Sales Manager – Plastic Resin Sales
Location: Multi-State Territory (Remote with Travel)

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across a multi-state region. If you have experience in bulk resin sales and thrive in a fast-paced, independent sales environment, this is a high-reward role with unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive new business and grow existing accounts in your territory

• Sell a variety of resins (PE, PP, PS, PVC, PET) in bulk, packaged, and railcar formats

• Use your technical knowledge to solve customer challenges and close sales

• Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve profitable outcomes

• Collaborate with internal logistics and supply chain teams to meet delivery timelines

• Provide market feedback and stay ahead of industry trends

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in plastic resin sales (prime, generic prime, off-grade, or compounded resins)

• Strong knowledge of the polymer/resin market and customer applications

• Hunter mentality – self-driven and goal-oriented

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to travel within assigned territory
