Certified Nursing adjunct (CNA) General Requirements:
»Must have a minimum of 6 months of practice working as a Certified Nursing adjunct (CNA).
»Possess a valid CNA certification and maintain compliance with state licensing requirements.
»Proficient in providing personal care services and performing basic nursing expertise.
» capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
»Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
»Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and patience when caring for individuals with diverse needs.
»Flexibility to work a per-diem schedule, including evenings and every other weekend.

Certified Nursing adjunct (CNA) Responsibilities:
»Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in conformity with their individual care plans and under the supervision of registered nurses.
»Assist patients with activities of everyday living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
»Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
»Assist with mobility and transferring of patients, utilizing proper body mechanics and lifting techniques.
»Document patient observations, activities, and care provided accurately and promptly.
»Respond to patient call lights and requests promptly and courteously.
»Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
»Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient results.
