FanDuel is looking for a Generosity Strategy S enio r A nalyst to drive long-term strategy on key lifecycle and promotional investment decisions. You will play a key role on the Customer Growth team ; driving innovation across the organization and collaborating with multiple departments including but not limited to Promotions Lifecycle Go To Market Analytics Commercial Data Science Product and MarTech . This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate revenue-driving marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.

• Be a subject matter expert on ourpromotional strategy andhow itimpactscustomerbehavior

• Rigorously experiment with new generosity mechanics/experiences andoptimizethem to create a more personalized experience for customers

• Drivecross-functional programsof work from strategy formation through to day-to-day implementation

• Develop new strategic frameworks including state-levelinvestment strategy cohort allocation and customer level allocation collaborating with performance insights and campaigns teams

• Unlock opportunitiesby collaborating onnew tooling strategyinfrastructureand data-led projects

• Champion step-changes in personalizing journeys at scaleby working with technical and creative stakeholders

• Approach projects effectivelyby collecting and defining work requirements andmaintaininga continuous feedback loop amongst stakeholders

THE STATS

• Bachelors Degreepreferred

• 3 years of experience ina strategyanalytics or commercial role;previousmarketing experience ishighly preferred

• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to develop and deploy structured project work

• Professionalexpertisewith SQL and Excel isrequired data visualization a plus

• Ability to use Tableau Python or Rispreferred but notrequired

• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional teams with strong project management skills

• Sharp and strategic thinker able to challenge ideas and thoughts

• Experienceworking with marketing campaignsandteams in applying strategy to customer facing propositions

• Has a positive attitude and loves opportunities to collaborate with others

• Strong organizational skills and effective as a projectmanager

• An avid sports and gaming fanwho ideally has usedFanDuel or competitive products

• Willing to work nontraditional hoursas needed due to seasonal sporting calendars

The applicable salary range for this position is $94000 - $117500 USD which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience location business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical vision and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation including but not limited to cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
