Job title: Property Administrator 2-3 MONTH CONTRACT

Hours: Monday – Friday 9a-5p, may change depending on property needs.

Pay Range: $30-$35/hour.

Job Description:

Our client has acquired new properties with over 200 tenants. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, reviewing and transferring hard copy leases onto the client's server. Additionally, this candidate will handle invoice processing and coding along with invoice administration for the portfolio.

General Job Duties:

• Review, organize and transfer hard copy leases
• Data Entry, filing
• Administration
• Attention to detail
• Maintain various schedules, including lease renewals, tenant information data, repair and work order log.
• Assist accounting department with questions related to the property, accounts payable and resolution of vendor issues.

Other Requirements:

• Proficient in Nexus
• Effectively prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to work well independently and with others in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of contracts and lease agreements.
• Career oriented for potential advancement to Assistant Property Manager.
