Lab Technician

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented lab techs to support our fruit and dairy manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for checking product labels, recording production data, handling samples, and ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with food safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Verify product labels for accuracy, legibility, and compliance with production specifications
• Check batch numbers, lot codes, expiration dates, and product names during production runs
• Record sample information accurately, including product name, batch number, time, and line identification
• Collect, label, and document product samples according to quality and food safety procedures
• Complete production logs, quality check sheets, and traceability records in a timely manner
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements
• Identify and report labeling errors, discrepancies, or deviations to the supervisor or quality team
• Follow aseptic handling procedures to prevent product contamination
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with GMP and hygiene standards
