Paralegal - Commercial Collections & Judgment Enforcement

Full-time, on-site Paralegal. You’ll own matters from intake through completion, keep records clean, and ensure deadlines and workflow don’t slip. You’ll work closely with attorneys and become a key operator in our collections and enforcement process.
Core Responsibilities:
- Open and organize new matters (intake, file setup, document management)
- Prepare/file/track routine litigation and enforcement documents using streamlined internal tools
- Communicate and negotiate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
NY collections/litigation experience is strongly preferred. You should be detail-obsessed, reliable, and able to run high-volume work without things falling through the cracks. Microsoft Office proficiency is required. xrczosw MCA experience is a huge plus.
