Qualifications:

*Hold a valid and appropriate New York State administrative building level certificate

*Successful experience teaching and/or administrative experience

*Broad knowledge of the principles and practices of school administration

*Understanding of best practices with regard to PBIS, building relationships with all stateholders, and student management strategies aligned to solution-focused philosophy for grades 5-8

*Live out and exemplify the FCSD Misson, Vison, and Core Beliefs
