As a Remote Focus Group Panelist, you will be instrumental in providing crucial insights that inform strategic decisions for a wide array of clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Completing Surveys and Questionnaires: Responding to pre- and post-session surveys or standalone questionnaires to gather quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Reviewing and Evaluating Materials: Critically assessing prototypes, marketing materials, user interfaces, and other stimuli presented during research sessions.
  • Adhering to Research Protocols: Following instructions provided by moderators and researchers, including respecting confidentiality agreements and contributing to a positive group dynamic.
  • Maintaining Timely Engagement: Attending scheduled sessions punctually and completing all required tasks within specified deadlines to ensure smooth research operations.

  • Reliable Internet Access: Consistent and stable high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless participation in online sessions.
  • Access to a Computer or Tablet: A personal computer or tablet with a working webcam and microphone is essential for video-based focus groups.
