Job Summary
The Production Associate I role is an entry-level position on the manufacturing floor, providing hands-on experience in production operations. Working under close supervision, you will learn essential manufacturing functions, operate basic machinery, and support day-to-day production tasks while following safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate basic production systems (Excel, coding machines, Lynq) under guidance
• Read and follow work orders and job tickets accurately
• Monitor and operate one machine or process step under supervision
• Support pack-out operations, including accurate counting and packaging
• Follow all safety procedures and assist with routine cleaning and equipment upkeep

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required
• Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented with consistent attendance
• Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and develop technical skills
• Basic math and measurement skills with strong attention to detail
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift
