Responsibilities

• Support drug discovery efforts in immune tolerance, cell-based immune therapies, and hematopoietic stem cell transplant biology
• Perform and support mouse in vivo studies, including injections (IV, IP, SubQ), tumor measurements, bleeding mice, tissue harvesting, and cell isolation for downstream assays
• Prepare, run, and analyze multicolor (>12 color) flow cytometry samples
• Execute and analyze immunoassays such as ELISA and MSD
• Culture and engineer mammalian cell lines and primary human cells
• Maintain organized lab notebooks, analyze data using FlowJo, Excel, GraphPad Prism, etc., and present findings at internal meetings

• MS/BS in immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, or related fields
• 3+ years of mouse handling and experimental techniques
• Strong knowledge of immunology and familiarity with flow cytometry and immunology methods
• Ability to design experiments, troubleshoot, and analyze data independently
• Experience with immunological techniques and in vivo mouse work
