Weekly Pay: $3,620

Duration: 14 Weeks Contract

Setting: Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)

Shift & Schedule:

• Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

• Hours: 40 hours/week (5x8s)

• Schedule: Alternating weekends required

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor to oversee hospital operations during evening shifts in an LTACH setting. This leadership role ensures high-quality patient care, supports nursing staff, and maintains compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate hospital operations

• Act as the administrative lead during assigned shifts

• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care across all units

• Monitor staffing levels and adjust assignments as needed

• Provide clinical support and leadership to staff

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

• Manage patient care issues, incidents, and emergencies

• Coordinate communication between departments and leadership

• Oversee admissions, discharges, and patient flow

• Maintain accurate shift documentation and reports

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of acute care supervisory experience

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) from an accredited program

Certifications & Licensure

• Active New York RN License

• BLS (AHA)

• ACLS (AHA)

• PALS (AHA)
