OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Buffalo, NY by Benefit Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Role Overview:
- Drive Dry Van trucks on regional and cross-country lanes
- Safely transport hazardous materials per DOT regulations
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
- Maintain precise logs and compliance documentation
Driver Rewards:
- Base pay of $0.65–$0.77/mile plus HazMat pay
- $2,500 sign-on bonus and incentive bonuses
