Senior Financial/Data Analyst

Location: Bronx, NY (remote flexibility depending on the candidate)
Base Salary: $120k-$130k + bonus
Reports to: CFO

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in driving financial visibility and data-driven decision-making across a multi-venue hospitality organization. This role requires a highly analytical, systems-oriented professional capable of working with multiple data sources and developing streamlined reporting tools for leadership and departmental teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, analyze, and consolidate financial data from multiple sources.

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and Power BI.

• Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives.

• Extract and manipulate data from disparate systems to create centralized, accurate reports.

• Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and venue management to provide actionable insights.

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.

• Support the CFO in developing data-driven strategies and improving system utilization.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or financial reporting.

• Strong technical proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

• Proven ability to manage large data sets and translate financial data into insights.

• Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and think strategically.

• Background in hospitality, food service, or a multi-location environment required. 

• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Acumatica a plus but not required).
