Supply chain analyst - inventory management

Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team!

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory data to determine the root cause of issues and collaboratively address them with key cross-functional partners
• Execute and monitor inventory transactions within NetSuite to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
• Assist with inventory PO tracking, reporting, receiving and work order workflows in NetSuite
• Track inventory levels of finished goods, components, WIP and raw materials to ensure they stay within planned levels. Monitor expiration and shelf-life requirements as it applies
• Daily reporting coverage for Tiktok Shop, SLA/backlog updates or other eComm fulfillment issues that need to be flagged to the internal teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a supply planning role, ideally in a manufacturing or supplier environment within the CPG industry
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in various databases and systems, in particular, NetSuite and Looker, to be considered.
• In depth understanding of setting safety stock levels and other key parameters for Finished Goods and components
• Advanced user of Excel, BI and reporting tools
• Advanced user in Netsuite and Looker
• Production life cycle management
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Excellent technical and communication skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Competency using Microsoft Office Suite, Netsuite, PLM systems
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
