Your Role as Medical Director

You’re the visionary. The culture-shaper. The high-standards champion.

You will:

• Elevate clinical quality and help shape medical protocols

• Mentor doctors and technicians to grow their skills and confidence

• Partner with the Hospital Manager on financial health, recruiting, scheduling & KPIs

• Lead strategic planning, drive innovation, and make our workflows shine

• Strengthen client education, retention, and community visibility

• Foster a hospital culture that people love being part of

Compensation

• $115K–$150K base salary
• Production bonuses
• Generous signing bonus

Relocating MDVMs receive $20,000 or more towards stress-free relocation assistance with our corporate relocation partner!
