Medical adjunct General Requirements:
To be prosperous in this function, you should possess the following Qualifications required

»Certified or Registered Medical adjunct with a valid license (CMA/RMA)

»Prior practice in a medical office, preferably in an OBGYN or Orthopedics setting

»Proficient in medical terminology and charting procedures

»Strong organizational expertise and attention to detail

»Excellent interpersonal and communication expertise to interact effectively with patients and medical staff

» capability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

»Basic expertise of medical billing and coding is a plus

Medical adjunct Responsibilities:
As a Medical adjunct in our OBGYN/Orthopedics specialty office, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

»Assisting healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures

»Taking vital signs, recording medical history, and updating patient information

»Preparing and maintaining examination rooms and medical equipment

»Assisting with patient education and explaining treatment plans

»Performing basic lab tests and specimen collection as required

»Scheduling appointments and managing patient records efficiently

»Ensuring compliance with medical and office protocols
