Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year within a K-12 school district in Liverpool, NY. This contract role offers two part-time positions covering leaves, with the potential for one candidate to fill a full-year assignment.
Position Details:

- Position 1: September 2025 December 2025
- Position 2: November 2025 April 2026 (dates subject to confirmation closer to the start)
- Hours: 7.25 hours/day, 36.25 hours/week (full-time)
- Schedule: On-site with itinerant duties and paid travel between schools
- Caseload: Follows district workload model; specific caseload caps to be determined
- Location: Liverpool, NY (K-12 school district)
- Interview Process: Conducted via Zoom; individual or panel interviews within 24-48 hours decision timeline
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid New York State SLP license is required
- CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Experience in Pediatrics and School-based speech therapy
- Familiarity with teletherapy is beneficial but immediate virtual work is not offered
- New graduates with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience are welcome to apply
- Experience using IEP systems and attending paid team meetings is expected
- Ability to provide and/or receive supervision as applicable
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation and partake in team meetings as required
- Travel between multiple school buildings within the district to provide itinerant services
