Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Coordinator

The Dumpling Factory is a well-established and growing Food Service Company in Long Island City seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling full-cycle A/P and A/R processes, along with a strong aptitude for general office administration. This person must have the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Accurate Financial Records
• Process invoices and payments to customer accounts
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Manage vendor and customer relationships including collecting payments
• Provide financial analysis and maintain financial reports
• Assist with data and costing entries
• Provide support to the accounting team and management
• Generate financial and cost reports related to accounts receivable
• Assist with month-end closing activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Quickbooks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bilingual in Mandarin preferred but not necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in accounting preferred

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
