Job Summary
DCA is seeking a Patient Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and support daily front desk operations in a dental office. This role focuses on creating a positive patient experience while assisting with scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly manner
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Follow up on cancellations and no-shows
- Maintain patient records and appointment book
- Post payments and assist with billing inquiries
- Keep the front office clean and organized
Requirements
- 6+ months of Denticon experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience handling phone systems
- Education
- High School Diploma or GED
