Line Cook
Join our dynamic fine dining kitchen team where precision, creativity, and teamwork are paramount. We are seeking dedicated BOH “FULL TIME” staff including line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and kitchen assistants to help execute high-quality culinary experiences in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
Support fellow team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a BOH position is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation of food.
Ability to handle fast-paced environments while maintaining composure under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
