Position Summary

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing dishes with consistency, precision, and care. Working closely with the kitchen team, this role maintains the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and organization while contributing to a smooth and efficient service. Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to Bar Blondeau standards.
• Execute service with consistency, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
• Assist with daily prep and station setup.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team throughout service.
• Support teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements and Skills

• 2+ years of line cook experience in a quality-driven kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking fundamentals.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
• Dependable, organized, and receptive to feedback.
• Passion for seasonal ingredients and continuous learning.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and work for up to 8+ hours on your feet.
• Ability to lift up 20 pounds comfortably.
