The offer

• Hourly Full-Time
• Pay: $19.76/hr up to $29/hr
• Shifts: 2nd Shift 3pm1pm; 3rd Shift 11pmam
• Site: 1240 Conklin Road, Conklin, NY 13748 | 607-775-1550

What success looks like

On shift, you confidently move between stations, read factory orders, and turn instructionswhether written, spoken, or electronicinto smooth production. With a tape measure and basic math, you dial in settings. You use test equipment to confirm quality, verify shipments for accuracy, and watch for any sign of defects. Finished goods are counted, stacked, and staged without a hitch.

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Read and follow orders and specifications
• Measure accurately; perform routine calculations
• Use test instruments to check product quality
• Inspect shipments and ensure zero manufacturing defects
• Count and stack finished product
