Restaurant Manager

Chef Ladner’s return to the very kitchen where his culinary journey began is nothing short of momentous. Building on his celebrated work at Lupa and Del Posto — where he earned two Michelin stars and a four-star New York Times review — his reimagined menu will honor Italy’s rich regional traditions through his unique and visionary lens. This is paired with a world-class wine program featuring benchmark producers and rare, cellar-worthy gems. What This Position Offers
- A salary ranging from $80,000–$90,000, based on experience and expertise

Qualifications
- A combined 3 years of experience with at least 1 year as a Captain or Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restaurant
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Proven leadership capabilities that have focused on training and developing staff through a "coach-player" philosophy
- The ability to drive performance and success without compromising hospitality and service standards
- Basic PC knowledge and comprehension (Word, Excel, scheduling software, OpenTable, Resy, Applicant Tracking /Onboarding systems)
