Senior Cost Engineer (Construction) (New York, NY)
Join our team as a Senior Cost Engineer in New York City's bustling construction industry! We're seeking a skilled professional to contribute their expertise in cost engineering, estimation, and financial projection. As a key member of our team, you'll bring invaluable insights to our projects while collaborating closely with colleagues in our NYC office. This onsite role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment, with four days a week dedicated to in-person collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise in cost engineering to accurately estimate project costs and forecast cash flows.
- Manage and analyze financial data to inform decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control measures are effectively implemented.
- Leverage industry knowledge to optimize cost management strategies within the construction sector.
- Familiarity with dashboard tools such as PowerBI to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
- Maintain regular onsite presence in our NYC office to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication.
