Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

About the Position
Shift:
- Day Shift
- 4×12 hours per week
- 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM
- Every other weekend required
- Floating to Med‑Surg units when needed
- No block scheduling
Responsibilities:
- Provide care on a MS/Tele unit with a 1:5 day ratio
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Manage dysrhythmias , respond to Rapid Response/Code
- Perform IV insertion , peripheral line care, PICC/central line care
- Administer medications , including heparin protocols
- Conduct wound care , isolation precautions, trach & oxygen management
- Care for post‑cardiac and post‑surgical patients (PCI, pacemakers, AICD)
- Handle feeding tubes , surgical drains, and orthopedics/trauma overflow
- Document care in Epic (required)

Licensure & Experience
- Active NY RN License in hand — REQUIRED
- Travel experience — REQUIRED
- Previous Charge Experience — REQUIRED
- Minimum 1–2 years MS/Tele experience
- Must live >75 miles from the facility (locals not accepted)
Certifications
- BLS — REQUIRED
