As a **Senior Product Portfolio Operations Senior Associate** within the **Customer Acquisition Marketing Platforms (CAMP)** team, you are a significant contributor to your team with a strong knowledge of product strategy and communication optimization. You understand what it takes to bring together all the key elements of reporting and storytelling to ensure coordinated outcomes. This role will concentrate on three main areas: assisting in the execution of our executive engagement strategy, providing impactful reporting and communications that clearly convey and support our strategy, priorities, and processes, and supporting strategic and operational projects. **Job responsibilities** + Creates synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives + Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs + Calculates metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity + Develops change initiative materials and change timelines + Assists in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs + Collaborate across products to understand goals and objectives, providing actionable insights. + Engage and partner with teams to plan and execute key ceremonies and executive forums, ensuring effective communication. + Develop executive communications that tell the Customer Acquisition & Marketing Platforms story. + Build product context and knowledge base to proactively author content in line with product strategy, while managing operational rhythms for executive communications and reporting with clear timelines and accountability. **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or program management + Proven ability to implement operational and planning practices + Prior working exposure to operations of the product development life cycle and agile methodologies + Self-starter and have a style that fosters teamwork and collaborations with various stakeholders and partners + Excellent communication skills with experience authoring executive-level communications and presentations + Ability to synthesize complex information in a strategic and compelling way so that the material is effectively communicated to relevant audience **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Experience working in an internal strategy group or at a strategy/management consulting firm is a plus + Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
