​ Job Summary
We are seeking a Head Equipment Manager who takes pride in their craft. We maintain a championship-level facility and provide our team with the best tools in the industry, including brand-new Bernhard grinding systems and a fleet of John Deere Triplex mowers. We are looking for a perfectionist who values a spotless, professional shop environment and understands the precision required for elite turf maintenance.

​Key Responsibilities
​State-of-the-Art Grinding: Operate our brand-new Bernhard grinding systems (Spin and Relief) to maintain the sharpest edges and perfect reel-to-bedknife geometry.
​Greens Mower Mastery: Take total ownership of our John Deere Triplex fleet, including daily height-of-cut verification and "paper-test" monitoring.
​Pristine Shop Leadership: Maintain a spotless, highly organized, and professional shop environment. We believe the shop should reflect the high standards of our greens.
​Full Fleet Stewardship: Manage PM and repairs for all machinery (John Deere, Toro, Jacobsen) to ensure peak performance and longevity.
​"All-In" Team Player: Join the crew on the course for mowing or setup when shop work is caught up—we work as one dedicated team.
​Qualifications
​Experience: 3+ years in golf course maintenance preferred; open to training mechanically talented individuals with a high aptitude for learning.
​Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulics and electrical systems; basic welding and fabrication skills are highly valued.
​Detail Oriented: A "perfectionist" approach to equipment setup and shop cleanliness.
​Compensation & Benefits
​Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
