IT Manager
Description
We are seeking an IT Manager to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and a passion for technology. In this role, you will oversee our IT operations, ensuring that technology supports and enhances our business objectives. Your experience in project management, ITIL practices, and technical skills will be instrumental in optimizing our IT infrastructure and developing strategic solutions for our organization.
Responsibilities
*Manage and oversee daily IT operations
*Implement ITIL best practices to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
*Coordinate and manage IT projects from inception to completion.
*Administer and maintain Windows Server, VMware, and database systems.
*Ensure network security and troubleshoot networking issues as they arise.
*Prepare reports and presentations for management on IT performance and project progress.
*Provide technical support to users across the organization.
*Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest ways to improve our IT infrastructure.
Requirements
*Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT management role.
*Proficient in ITIL, project management, and relevant technical skills.
*Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, SQL, and networking protocols.
*Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
