Assembler
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our production team in Port Washigton, NY. In this role, you will be a key part of our manufacturing process, ensuring that high-quality products are built to specification in a clean, organized environment. This is a perfect position for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows instructions well, and thrives in a steady, team-oriented atmosphere.
- Product Assembly: Build, fit, and package components according to technical drawings, blueprints, or verbal instructions.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for defects or misalignments to ensure every unit meets company standards.
- Tool Operation: Safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery (e.g., screwdrivers, drills, soldering irons) as required.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized workspace and report any shortages in parts or materials to the supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

- Experience: Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related manual labor field is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Dexterity: hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small components with precision.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliability: A track record of punctual attendance and a "can-do" attitude.
- Communication: Ability to read and understand English instructions and work well within a team.
