Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help lead operations in a high-volume, dynamic environment. This role is ideal for an energetic, detail-oriented professional who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and delivering exceptional food experiences.

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee production, ensure consistency, and inspire a culture of excellence in the kitchen. You’ll play a hands-on role in menu development, catering execution, and daily operations while mentoring a strong team.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with the Executive Chef to plan menus, control costs, and drive operational excellence

• Supervise, train, and motivate culinary team members to deliver consistent quality

• Support preparation and execution of catering events and daily service

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and sanitation standards are upheld at all times

• Assist with purchasing, inventory, and cost management initiatives

• Roll out new culinary programs in collaboration with company marketing and culinary teams

What we’re looking for:

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience

• 2+ years of progressive kitchen management experience

• High-volume culinary operations and catering background strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, menu planning, and cost controls

• Ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and kitchen management systems

• ServSafe certification highly desirable
