Conduct needs assessments and recommend life and health insurance solutions

Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals
Qualifications
Active Life & Health Insurance license required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented
Ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly
Compensation & Benefits
$40,000 $60,000 per year
Compensation based on experience and performance
