Shifts Available:

• 1st shift- 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday

• 2nd shift- 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday through Friday

• 3rd shift- 11:00pm-7:30am, Sunday through Thursday

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4-5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

Positions Available:

Operator:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and monitor production equipment

• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery

• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance

• Accurately measure and scale ingredients

• Complete quality checks and record data

• Keep your work area clean

• Follows safety rules, SOP's and cGMP guidelines

• Performs other duties as assigned

Change Part Technician:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and stage parts for production line setups

• Keep track of change part inventory

• Clean and store parts after use

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies

• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 0 - 1 years of experience; prior manufacturing experience preferred

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift

• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs

SKILLS:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)

• Comfortable using computers or tablets

• Able to read, write, and understand English

• Basic math and mechanical understanding

• Strong attention to detail

• Team-oriented and dependable

• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $20.64-23.64. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
