Fini Pizza is a fresh take on the New York City slice shop that proudly embraces its neighborhood while honoring its past, present, and future. We are seeking a dedicated Pizza Cook to join our kitchen.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour (plus tips)

Key Responsibilities

• Pizza Production: Execute all stages of pizza making, including dough preparation, stretching, topping, and cooking in a pizza oven.

• High-Volume Execution: Ability to maintain quality and consistency while managing online and in-store orders.

• Prep & Safety: Handle basic knife work, follow specific recipes, and maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards.

• Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean workspace and assist with cleaning/sanitation duties.

Requirements

• Preferred 1-2 years experience on a hot line/ working with pizza.

• Availability: Must be open to work nights and weekends.

• Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for the majority of shift.

• Adaptability: Must have a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Teamwork: Strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and a commitment to working well with others.
