Chief Operating Officer (COO)
⢠Translate the ownerâs vision into operational strategies that scale.
⢠Oversee and align field operations, administrative support, and project execution.
⢠Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Team Management: ⢠Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing operational teams.
⢠Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration.
⢠Mentor managers and supervisors across both locations to build internal leadership. Financial & KPI Management: ⢠Own the operational P&L and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
⢠Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments.
⢠Partner with ownership to identify growth opportunities and ensure profitability. Strategic Execution: ⢠Optimize workflows, scheduling, job progress, and resource allocation.
⢠Implement systems, processes, and SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability.
⢠Lead special initiatives including expansion projects or new service lines. Cross-Functional Collaboration: ⢠Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and HR to align efforts with company goals.
⢠Represent the company in community and vendor partnerships.
⢠Ensure compliance with franchise standards and operational guidelines. Qualifications Required: ⢠7+ years of senior operational leadership (COO, Director of Ops, GM, etc.).
⢠Proven experience managing multi-site operations.
⢠Strong financial acumenâP&L management, forecasting, and budgeting.
⢠Experience building and scaling teams in a service-based industry.
⢠Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred: ⢠Experience in construction, property services, franchising, or field service industries.
⢠Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
⢠Bachelorâs degree in business, Management, or related field. Compensation & Benefits ⢠Salary $150,000 to $200,000 DOE + Performance Bonus.
